Our region has beautiful countryside and coastline, with many interesting small towns and villages. Many local attractions, such as the gardens at Stourhead, and stately homes such as Longleat (with its safari park) and Kingston Lacey can be easily visited from hosts who are off the beaten track. Bristol, the largest town in the region, is a transport hub, with many Servas hosts. Bath is well known for its architecture and Roman Baths and Glastonbury for its annual music festival.
Note that hosts in Bath receive a lot of requests for accommodation during holiday periods.
