There are over 130 countries actively involved in Servas.
To manage the organisation there is an international committee, with representatives from member countries. There is an international conference every three years. Recent conferences have been held in Guatemala, Thailand, Spain and Italy. The most recent was in Argentina in September 2009, and the next will be in Poland this year, 2012.
